Hangzhou Forward Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. — a green-hydrogen equipment manufacturer built on PEM pure-water electrolysis.
Who we are
Under the FORWARD brand, from the hydrogen stack to the workshop bench
Forward works in the upstream of the hydrogen chain, with PEM electrolysis at its core and AEM technology under development. Our equipment division turns that engineering into machines a welder can wheel to the bench, fill with water and switch on.

Our company
Engineering that reaches the workshop floor
The founding team, led by Dr. Zhang Jifeng, a national distinguished expert, set out to solve the cost, reliability and large-scale manufacturing problems of PEM hydrogen production. That same engineering now runs inside every oxyhydrogen welding and cutting machine we ship.
We work across the hydrogen chain — from electrolyser stacks and gas–liquid separation to control systems and skid-mounted integration — and we support the machines we sell with spare parts and commissioning, not only a data sheet.
With a global view and a global market, our ambition is to stand in the first tier of PEM water-electrolysis equipment.
