Improved structural safety
Ready for immediate use — no high-pressure gas storage and no cylinder handling.

Hydrogen and oxygen are generated from pure water and burn only at the torch tip. No gas cylinders, no high-pressure storage, no acetylene — just water, electricity and a clean flame.
FORWARD oxyhydrogen welding and cutting machines use state-of-the-art PEM pure-water electrolysis. Hydrogen and oxygen are generated in separate channels with two independent gas–liquid separators, and are mixed for combustion only at the torch tip. Different nozzles enable welding or cutting.
Fill the machine with pure water, switch it on and work immediately. Water vapour is the only by-product, so the unit replaces acetylene and liquefied gas for welding, sealing, flame polishing and cutting — clean, eco-friendly and easy to operate.
Traditional alkaline electrolysers mix hydrogen and oxygen inside the tank and use a concentrated alkaline electrolyte, which risks gas leakage and piping corrosion from alkaline mist. This machine uses pure water only, fundamentally removing both risks.

The same flame you know — produced on site, from water, without a cylinder in sight.
Ready for immediate use — no high-pressure gas storage and no cylinder handling.
Pure-water electrolysis with zero emissions. Only water vapour leaves the torch.
Running cost reduced by 40%–70% compared with an acetylene or propane flame.
No carburising flame and brighter solder joints, with far less post-weld cleaning.
No gas station and no cylinders. Fill with water, switch on, start work.
Three stages, all inside one cabinet: generation, separation, combustion at the tip.
H₂ and O₂ travel through two independent pipelines and are mixed only at the torch nozzle, so no explosive mixture is ever stored inside the machine.
Four standard models cover a bench in a jewellery workshop and a containerised multi-torch line in a steel plant.

A bench-side unit for jewellery, instrument and light sheet work where a tidy, smoke-free flame matters.

The all-round workhorse — brazing copper pipe, welding sheet and thin-walled parts on one machine.

High output for continuous production lines, thick-plate heating and multi-station workshops.

A containerised multi-torch system for steel plants, shipyards and high-volume fabrication shops.
Configuration can be adapted to your market. Optional: dual welding gun, automatic ignition module. Talk to an engineer
